1. Delivery (Shipping)
- All products available on our Pinterest and Etsy shop are Digital Downloads.
- No physical items will be shipped. You will receive an email with a download link immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our digital products (Biomechanical Charts, Educational Infographics, and Documents,..), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed..
- Refunds: Refunds are only considered if there is a technical defect with the file that we cannot resolve, or if you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice.
